The geographical area in which Specmar Australia is authorized to act as an exclusive
agent is defined as follows:
Australia, New Zealand, parts of Asia and the South Seas;
South of latitude 15 north, West of longitude 135 West and East of longitude 90 East.

Specmar Australia may act as the Company’s agent outside of this area, excluding that portion of Europe which is the territory of Bruce Roberts Europe, defined as that area of Europe West of the Ural Mountains and Caspian Sea, North of the Black Sea and Mediterranean Sea, or Specmar, Inc.’s exclusive area which is described as North America.
